Flour & Fold started in 2019 with a converted garage, a secondhand deck oven, and a stubborn belief that Portland deserved better bread.
We mill some of our own flour, source the rest from Camas Country Mill in Junction City, and use nothing you can't pronounce. Every loaf is shaped by hand and baked on stone.
